Give yourself 10 mins before your usual lesson time to set up and check that all your devices are working correctly, fully charged or plugged in.
Please make sure you are in a calm and quiet environment with minimal background noise.
Keep any interruptions to a minimum.
Singers: Please make sure I can see you from the waist up.
Pianists: Please set up your camera so that I can see both you and the keyboard.
You will get a better connection if you use a modern device and camera.
Please check to make sure your network connection is reliable. If your device can use a wired connection to the internet, that will help. If you are using WiFi, your connection will be better the closer you are to your router device.
