- Give yourself 10 mins before your usual lesson time to set up and check that all your devices are working correctly, fully charged or plugged in.
- Please make sure you are in a calm and quiet environment with minimal background noise.
- Keep any interruptions to a minimum.
- Singers: Please make sure I can see you from the waist up.
- Pianists: Please set up your camera so that I can see both you and the keyboard.
- You will get a better connection if you use a modern device and camera.
- Please check to make sure your network connection is reliable. If your device can use a wired connection to the internet, that will help. If you are using WiFi, your connection will be better the closer you are to your router device.
